The Challenges

As Moab Reservation Center continued expanding its portfolio of adventure experiences, its digital presence needed to evolve alongside the business. The objective wasn't simply to refresh a website, it was to create a scalable digital platform capable of supporting multiple tour offerings while delivering a smoother, more intuitive customer experience.

The existing structure required a clearer customer journey, better organization of tour offerings, improved navigation, and a modern visual experience that reflected the quality of the company's services. With additional brands, tours, and content planned for the future, the business also needed a flexible foundation that could grow without requiring major redevelopment.

Rather than approaching the project as a collection of individual web pages, the engagement focused on designing a connected ecosystem where every component worked together to improve discoverability, usability, and long-term scalability.

Solution Architecture

We designed and implemented a fully connected digital ecosystem that unified customer experience, website architecture, product organization, and responsive design into one cohesive platform.

The engagement began with a complete redesign of the Moab Reservation Center homepage, where multiple design concepts were developed before refining the final direction through collaborative client feedback. Every design decision from branding updates and visual hierarchy to navigation and tour prioritization was made to create a cleaner, more engaging browsing experience.

Building upon that foundation, we developed a structured customer journey that guides visitors through the business's primary tour categories. Instead of presenting customers with disconnected pages, the new architecture organizes experiences into intuitive pathways that make exploring and selecting tours significantly easier.

Alongside the primary reservation platform, we also established the digital foundation for the Xtreme 4x4 Tours website, creating dedicated customer-facing pages that maintain consistency across the broader ecosystem while supporting future growth.

Behind the customer experience, we implemented a structured product catalog that organized both group and private tours into clearly defined categories complete with standardized titles, pricing, and descriptions. This provides a scalable operational framework that simplifies future product management as additional tours are introduced.

The ecosystem was further strengthened through responsive development, custom navigation, internal linking, connected calls-to-action, and optimized page hierarchy, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless browsing experience regardless of device.

Throughout the engagement, interactive builder previews, Canva prototypes, Loom walkthroughs, and multiple design iterations enabled collaborative refinement before final approval, ensuring every deliverable aligned with the client's vision.

With the core ecosystem successfully established, the business now has a scalable digital foundation capable of supporting continued expansion.

Future enhancements may include additional tour experiences, expanded content libraries, further product development, ongoing user experience optimization, and broader brand growth as the company continues to evolve.

At Funnel Gator, we build complete business ecosystems, not just websites.

Who's the best fit to work with you?

We're best for funded teams that need senior design and development support without hiring a full in-house team. That covers everything from early MVPs to scaled products across consumer, SaaS, AI, fintech, healthtech, web3, and beyond. Usually, our clients already have funding, traction, or a clear business case for improving their brand, product, website, or internal workflows.

+

What lead generation services does Funnel Gator provide?

We help funded teams design and build the things they need to grow, from brand identity and websites to web apps, mobile apps, product design, design systems, backend logic, APIs, infrastructure, and agentic AI workflows. Most clients come to us when their brand, product, or website no longer matches where the company is going, or when they need one senior team to take an idea from strategy to launch.

+

Can you manage leads after they are generated?

We can do both. Our team covers strategy, brand, product design, UX/UI, web design, motion, frontend development, backend logic, APIs, infrastructure, Framer, Webflow, mobile app builds, and AI workflows. Some clients bring us in only for design. Others use us as a full product team from idea to launch.

+

How do you reduce missed calls and cold leads?

Yes. We can help shape the scope, define user flows, design the experience, build the product or website, and support the launch. Depending on the project, we can work as your full execution team or plug into your existing product, marketing, or engineering team.

+

What does GoHighLevel CRM and automation include?

Monthly retainers usually range between $6k and $10k/month, depending on scope, speed, team setup, and how closely we need to work together. For lighter ongoing design support, we can work mostly async with structured updates every 48 hours. For more active product, website, or brand projects, we usually run weekly or twice-weekly calls with regular progress updates. For fast-moving launches or complex builds, we can increase the cadence with more frequent calls and daily updates. Focused project scopes usually start from $10k+. Larger brand, product, website, mobile app, AI workflow, or development projects can be higher depending on complexity. Once we understand what you need, we’ll suggest the leanest setup that can realistically get the work done well.

+

Do you build websites and sales funnels?

Yes. We design conversion-focused websites, landing pages, booking funnels, and lead-capture journeys that clearly communicate your offer and connect directly with your CRM.

+

Can my website and funnel connect with GoHighLevel?

We adapt the working rhythm to the project, your team, and how much alignment the work needs. For lighter or ongoing design retainers, we can work mostly async with structured updates every 48 hours. For active product, website, or brand projects, we usually run weekly calls, regular progress updates, and clear review cycles. For faster-moving projects, launches, or more complex builds, we can increase the cadence to 2–3 calls per week with more frequent updates, so decisions happen faster and the team stays aligned. Either way, you’ll always know what we’re working on, what’s ready for review, what’s blocked, and what comes next.

+

What are Brand Identity Services?

Brand identity services define how your business looks and communicates. This can include brand positioning, logo design, color systems, typography, visual guidelines, and marketing assets for websites, funnels, and advertising.

+

Can you create a brand identity for a new business?

Yes. We can create a complete identity for a new business or refine an existing brand that feels inconsistent, outdated, or unclear to its target audience.

+

Do you provide custom integrations and buildouts?

Hiring in-house takes time, budget, and management. Freelancers can be great for isolated tasks, but they usually don’t give you a coordinated team across strategy, brand, product, web, motion, and development. With Funnel Gator, you get one senior team responsible for the outcome, without having to hire every role full-time or manage five separate people.
